Returns Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your HuskHat device must be:

  • Unused and in its original, like-new condition.

  • Packaged in its original box and packaging.

  • Accompanied by your original order receipt or proof of purchase.

Troubleshooting Your HuskHat Device

Before requesting a return, please ensure your device is not faulty by checking these common solutions:

  1. Power On: Press and hold the 'ON' button firmly for 3-5 seconds to power up.

  2. Charging Issue: If the device isn't charging, please try using a different power adapter or USB cable.

  3. Critical Note: Your HuskHat device must be disconnected from the charging cable to operate. It will not function while plugged into the mains.

Refunds Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it.

  • We will notify you via email that we have received your return.

  • If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.
