Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, your HuskHat device must be:

Unused and in its original, like-new condition.

Packaged in its original box and packaging.

Troubleshooting Your HuskHat Device
Before requesting a return, please ensure your device is not faulty by checking these common solutions:

Power On: Press and hold the 'ON' button firmly for 3-5 seconds to power up.

Charging Issue: If the device isn't charging, please try using a different power adapter or USB cable.

Critical Note: Your HuskHat device must be disconnected from the charging cable to operate. It will not function while plugged into the mains.
Refunds Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it.
